We confirm a booking on receipt of a deposit calculated at 50% of the total cost of the booking. Please note this deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the booking. If the booking is cancelled prior to this period, 90% of the deposit will be refunded. Payment must be made directly into our bank account, using your surname as a reference. Full payment is required 14 days prior to your departure. All extras, where applicable, are payable directly to the Lodge. All gratuities are at the sole discretion of the client.
