Rates

Rates are:-
-Per person per day
-In USD/ZAR
-Subject to alteration without notice
-Taxes included

Rates include breakfast, lunch and dinner (FB)

Note:
1. Rates exclude visa costs, airport taxes, airfare and national park fee. Air transfers from Vilanculos to Bazaruto Island are an additional cost of USD100 per person return.
2. Peak season is from 20 December 2005 to 8 January 2006 and from 15 March 1006 to 17 April 2006.
3. From 20 December 2005 to 08 January 2006 there is a compulsory 5 nights stay plus a compulsory new year's eve supplement of USD 100 per person. Children from 1-12 years old are free and from 12-18 years old pay 50% of the new year's eve supplement.
4. Extra bed for children 12-18 is available on request and pay 75% of the rate. Only one extra bed per bungalow.

Reservations
1. A request for accommodation will be valid for 5 days and a provisional reservation will be made. During this period the request has to be re-instated, cancelled or confirmed in writing.
2. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee the reservation. Until this amount is paid, the reservation will remain provisional. The remaining 75% of the rate is required no later than seven days prior to departure.
3. Adventure calling reserves the right to cancel reservations without notice should the pre-payment policy not be adhered to.

Cancellation policy
1. No cancellation charges will be raised if part of, or the entire reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
2. The following cancellation charges will apply should a cancellation occur less than:
21-30 days prior to arrival - 25% of the total value
14-20 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total value
07-13 days prior to arrival -75% of the total value
06-0 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total value
